The Remote Site Consultation is a 60-minute online consultation for homeowners/land managers of sites or projects that are being newly developed or refined. This consultation aids in project planning to help clients review key decisions that set them on a path to accomplishing their goals. 

The remote consultation includes a review of your project goals and the site via aerial imagery and contour maps. During our video call, we’ll discuss your most pressing questions you have about your project and identify primary opportunities and challenges to reaching your project goals. Common areas of discussion may include: 

• Selecting ideal locations for gardens, orchards, ponds, parking, and built infrastructure

• Water harvesting, waterscaping, and drought-proofing strategies

• Opportunities to start or expand food production

• Access challenges, and possible modification solutions

• Microclimate enhancement for extended outdoor use

• Home and built infrastructure issues and how to improve them

PROCESS: To book a consultation, click the "Book Consultation" button. Once we receive your payment, we'll send you a confirmation email containing and a worksheet to help us understand your project goals. After we receive your completed form, we'll schedule your consultation appointment via email.

COST: Online consultations cost $350. They include about 30 minutes of prep time for us to perform a site review, 60 minutes of video conference time, and up to two follow-up emails if needed. Time can be extended hourly for $175/hr.
