In-Person Site Consultation
The Site Consult offers a strong foundation for landowners to make key decisions that set them on a path to accomplishing their goals for their property. In our visit to your site we will uncover challenges and opportunities with you.
At your site consult, we will work through questions such as (but not limited to):
Opportunities to start or expand food production
Selecting ideal locations for gardens, orchards, ponds, parking, and built infrastructure
Water harvesting, waterscaping, and drought-proofing strategies
Access challenges, and possible modification solutions
Microclimate enhancement for extended outdoor use
Home and built infrastructure issues and how to improve them
When site developments or planning requirements are significant, this visit serves as the starting point for further design services.
COST: In-person site consults are based on a daily rate of $1200 CAD. Half-day consults are available at $700 CAD for projects under 10acres within 50km of Sunderland, Ontario. A deposit of $250 is required before the consultation.
